                          On 14.10.2022 it was represented by the
                   learned     counsel     appearing    for    the     learned
                   standing      counsel     for    APSRTC          that     the
                   judgment/order           dated       30.04.2022            in
                   W.P.No.8343 of 2021 was complied with in part,
                   as the petitioner had been reinstated, but with
                   respect to other part of the payment of
                   consequential benefits, it was submitted that the
                   payment is to be made by the 1st respondent-the

Principal Secretary, Transport Department, Velagapudi, Amaravathi, since APSRTC has merged with the State.

2. Consequently, by order dated 14.10.2022, notice was issued to the 1st respondent to file response, if the liability for payment of the consequential benefits is of the 1st respondent.

3. On 11.11.2022 it was represented on behalf of the respondents that part of the order dated 13.10.2022 with respect to grant of the consequential benefits to the petitioner shall be complied with within three weeks from that date. Recording the same, the matter was posted to

4. On 09.12.2022 order was passed directing the 5th respondent to file an affidavit of compliance, fixing the matter for today.

5. Today, the 5th respondent has not filed the affidavit.

6. Sri M. Salmon Raju, learned counsel, represents that he is also the learned counsel for APSRTC, Central Zone, and makes a request on behalf of Sri K. Vishwanath, learned counsel for the 5th respondent that further time may be granted to file the affidavit of compliance, though he submits that by this time, the part of the judgment/order which remained uncomplied, has not been complied with.

7. The copy of the order dated 14.10.2022 was sent to the 1st respondent on 03.11.2022 by the Registry of this Court.

8. There is no response filed by the 1st respondent, in terms of the order dated 14.10.2022.

9. Sri K. Narsireddy, learned GP for Transport, representing respondent No.1-the Principal Secretary, Transport Department, submits that the response will be filed within a period of one week by the 1st respondent.

10. Post on 06.01.2023.

11. If by that date, the judgment/order dated 30.04.2022 is not fully complied in letter
