this Court to withdraw this appeal.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No

costs. The status quo granted by this Court vide order dated

28.03.2017 shall stand vacated. All the pending miscellaneous

applications shall stand closed.
