ORDER:-

           This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of

India seeking       cancellation of the registration of subject land done in

favour of the unofficial respondent, in respect of land in Sy.No.135/1B/P1

situated in Obannapeta Village, Kondapuram Mandal, YSR District.

2. As per the law decided by the Division Bench of this High Court in

catena of judgments, this Writ Petition, filed for cancellation of registration

of subject land, done in favour of the unofficial respondents, is not

maintainable. Hence, it is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to

approach the competent Civil Court, for his remedy.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
