      CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No. 169 of 2010

JUDGMENT:

As there was no representation on behalf of the appellant

on 21.02.2022, 07.03.2022, 14.03.2022, 22.03.2022 and

11.04.2022, the matter was directed to be posted to today under

the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e., on 22.04.2022, the

matter was called in the morning. As there was no

representation, it was passed over and even at 2:15 p.m. also,

there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. Therefore,

it appears that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the

matter.

Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for

default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Civil

Miscellaneous Appeal shall stand closed.
