                        Contempt Case No.872 of 2021

ORDER:

Both the counsel states that the order complained of dated 29.12.2020

in W.P.No.20326 of 2019 is complied with by duly endorsing the result of the

judgment and decree dated 28.02.2018 in O.S.No.418 of 2012.

This Court found that the respondents have not violated the orders of

this Court, much less, willfully or deliberately. Accordingly, the Contempt

Case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall

stand closed.
