JUDGMENT:-
Sri Ch.Lakshmi Narayana, learned counsel for the petitioner
has submitted a letter dated 08.04.2022 to the Registrar Judicial,
Andhra Pradesh High Court, on record submitting as follows:
"I am the counsel for the petitioner in the above WP.
The said WP is pending before this Hon'ble High Court. The
petitioner instructed me to withdraw the above matter.
Hence, I request you kindly direct the section
concerned to post the matters under "WITHDRAWAL" caption
in tomorrow's cause list."
Sri Rama Mohan, learned counsel representing Sri
Ch.Lakshmi Narayana, learned counsel for the petitioner submits
that the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn.
Learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the
respondent No.1 and Sri Ch. Venkata Reddy, learned counsel for
the respondent Nos.2 and 3 have no objection.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as
withdrawn.
No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,
shall also stand closed.
