Learned counsel for the appellants had circulated a letter

dated 08.04.2022 stating that the appellants are not able to secure

relevant sale deeds in the surrounding areas to establish their

appeal for enhancement of higher compensation amount, and

therefore, on this ground of inability to secure the necessary

material documents, the appellants seeks to withdraw the present

L.A.A.S.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for

the same. Though, none appears for the appellants, it is noticed

from the record that the letter has been filed and the case also is

listed under the caption "for withdrawal" as per the request made

in the letter.

3. In view thereof, the L.A.A.S. stands disposed of as

withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand

disposed of.
