                  WRIT PETITION No.4802 of 2021

JUDGMENT:-

      Sri Raja Sekhar Padilam, learned counsel for the petitioner

has submitted a letter dated 01.04.2022, on record submitting as

follows:-

              "It is submitted that the above W.P.No.4802 of 2021 is
      filed   before   this   Hon'ble   Court   pleased   to   issue   an
      appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in
      the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring action of the
      respondents 2 and 3 in not granting promotion to the

petitioner as Record Assistant and consequential promotions in the establishment of the 3rd respondent Temple as bad, illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and Articles 14, 16 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Record Assistant and consequential promotions on par with 4 th respondent and to all consequential monetary and service benefits and pass such other order and orders as this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. Subsequent to this Writ petition the respondents no: 1 and 2 authorities are responding positively for the promotion of the petitioner. As such, the Petitioner prays the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit to withdraw the above said Writ Petition vide W.P.No.4802 of 2021 with the liberty to file fresh petition if necessary. Hence Memo."

Sri V. Nageswara Rao, learned counsel representing Sri Raja

Sekhar Padilam, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in

view of the letter dated 01.04.2022, the writ petition be dismissed

as withdrawn.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-II representing

respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Sri K.Madhava Reddy, learned

counsel for the respondent No.3 have no objection.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as

withdrawn.

No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall also stand closed.
