July 3, 2018:

A California man stated that Guilt was the reason he decided to pay up on a parking ticket received in Pennsylvania over 40 years ago.

He sent in $5 to cover the cost of a $2 parking ticket issued in 1974.Eenvelope was addressed to Police Department with the return address of "feeling guilty, Wayward Road, Anytown, Ca."

A note inside read,"Dear PD. I've been carrying this ticket around for 40 plus years, always intending to pay. Forgive me if I don't give you my info. With respect, Dave."

Police Chief stated that he'd like to track down the person who paid the ticket to say thank you and chat.
