About the Conference:

Bishop Cotton Women’s Christian Law College, Bengaluru is organising the 7th National Moot Court Competition, 2019, “Prudentia Conscientia Ingenium Occursus”. Bishop Cotton Women’s Christian Law College is the only college in Karnataka imparting legal education exclusively for women. 

We strive towards achieving excellence in legal education and to enable the students to meet professional challenges with confidence and fortitude. The Moot Court Competition is known to bring some of the best legal minds from across the country.

Eligibility:

The Competition is open to all students presently pursuing LL.B. course (5 years or 3 years) from any Institution/College/University recognized by the Bar Council of India.

Only one team is allowed to participate from each law school/faculties of law / and other institutions.

Registration:

Registration shall be limited to first 20 teams and the last date for online registration is 22nd March 2019.

Each Team shall register itself by sending a duly filled in Registration Form along with the required Demand Draft of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) drawn in favour of “BISHOP COTTON WOMEN’S CHRISTIAN LAW COLLEGE, BENGALURU”.

The scanned copy of Registration Form shall be sent to bcwclc.moot2k19[at]gmail.com by 22nd March 2019, and a hard copy of the form shall reach the Organizers by 25th March 2019, via Registered Post with Acknowledgement Due.

Accommodation and Food:

The Participants (2 Speakers and 1 Researcher) will be provided food on all days of the Competition. Accommodation will be provided only to the participants coming from outside Bengaluru, from 3rd to 5th May 2019, till 9 p.m.

The confirmation of accommodation need be made by outstation teams while submitting the provisional online registration form on 22nd March, failing which the teams need to make their own arrangements.
