Due to request of many of the law colleges, we have decided to extend the last date of registration till 18th of January, 2019.St. Soldier Law College, Jalandhar takes immense pleasure in announcing the 7th edition of R.C. Chopra Memorial National Moot Court Competition, 2019 which would be held on 1st and 2nd March, 2019.

The 7th R.C. Chopra Memorial National Moot Court Competition, 2019 is based on a problem covering the area of Family Law of the country with a bit of International background. Our problem is based on marriage law itself combined with Private International Law. The topic gains importance for the reason that a lot of exploitations are daily reported so far as NRI marriages are concerned.

We cordially invite your esteemed institution to participate in this Competition. The Teams shall duly fill the Registration form and send us the scanned copy of the same latest by 31st Day of December 2018, via email (sslcmootcourt@gmail.com). The selection of team for participation shall be e-mailed instantly. Please find attached herewith the competition details, Registration Form and Moot Proposition.

The winners will be given Cash prizes and attractive trophies. All the participating institutions will be awarded Gratitude mementoes and their team members will also be given Certificates & Mementos.

NB:- This year the organizers are confining the number of teams to 32 (thirty two) only first come first served will be the Golden Rule.
