2nd Surana and Surana & Dr. M.S Ramaiah Tort Law Moot & Judgment Writing Competitions [March 8-10, Bangalore]: Register by Jan 25

Ramaiah College of Law in Association with Surana & Surana International Attorneys, Chennai is pleased to announce the second edition of National Tort Law Moot Court Competition and Judgment Writing Competition 2019.The competition seeks to promote interest among the law students in the area of Tortious liability since there is nothing like an exhaustive classification of torts limiting the boundaries of judicial activism.

Students from esteemed law Schools from all over India are invited to participate in this venerated moot court competition.

The Competition is scheduled to be held from 8th-10th March 2019.

Last date for submitting one hard copy of Applicant and Respondent Memorials 20th February 2019 09. Submission of Memorials ( Three Hard copies) 8th March 2019 10. Inauguration, Orientation and Researchers Test 8th March 2019 11. Oral Rounds – Prelims, Octa Finals, and Quarter Finals 9th March 2019 12.
