About the Position

We are looking for a motivated Legal Executive to join our legal collections team in South Delhi. Fresh advocates are welcome to apply — this is a great opportunity to step into the corporate legal world from Day 1. Work Profile is of Legal Collections. Freshers can also apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and issuing legal notices to defaulters.
• Handling recovery matters under NI Act, CPC, SARFAESI, IBC.
• Filing recovery suits and tracking court proceedings.
• Liaising with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
• Maintaining case MIS and reporting to management.

Location

South Delhi, New Delhi.

Salary

Rs. 20,000/month + Performance Incentives.

Eligibility

• LLB / LLM from a recognised university.
• BCI enrolled candidates preferred.
• Fresh advocates encouraged to apply.
• Good drafting and communication skills.
