Job Location: Gurgaon

Nature of duties

To provide assistance primarily involving legal issues.
Perform such other work of a legal nature as may be entrusted from time to time.
Drafting/Vetting/Negotiating of various Agreements/Commercial Contracts.
Drafting/Vetting Development Agreements, Agreement for Sale, Affidavits, Power of Attorney, Leave and License Agreement, Lease Deed.
Inspection of title documents of the property, title deeds, other related property documents etc. during title due diligence process, Contracts, Agreements, LOIs, MOUs, Registrations, Real Estate documentation.
Drafting, taking dictations, good communication skills, Manage legal documentation and correspondence, Correspondence with clients., non-litigation work, MOFA, tenant agreement.

Eligibility

Degree of LL.B or equivalent from a recognized university and/or Institute in India or abroad, recognized by the Bar Council of India. Candidates with experience are preferred.
Freshers are also welcomed.
Good Communication Skills
The candidates should have sound knowledge of computer application and packages [M.S. Word, M.S. Outlook, Excel, Power Point].
The candidate should have good command over English (spoken as well as written) and should have experience of research activities.
