Article 237 Constitution of India: Application of the provisions of this Chapter to certain class or classes of magistrates ( English )

राज्यपाल, लोक अधिसूचना द्वारा, निदेश दे सकेगा कि इस अध्याय के पूर्वगामी उपबंध और उनके अधीन बनाए गए नियम ऐसी तारीख से, जो वह इस निमित्त नियत करे, ऐसे अपवादों और उपांतरणों के अधीन रहते हुए, जो ऐसी अधिसूचना में विनिर्दिष्ट किए जाएँ, राज्य में किसी वर्ग या वर्गों के मजिस्ट्रेटों के संबंध में वैसे ही लागू होंगे जैसे वे राज्य की न्यायिक सेवा में नियुक्त व्यक्तियों के संबंध में लागू होते हैं।
