Authorising Certain Officers at certain Ports to Receive Complaints From Seamen or Apprentices Regarding Unseaworthiness of Ships

S.O. 764, dated 7th March, 1962. - In pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 191 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 (44 of 1958), the Central Government, hereby authorises the officers specified in the second column of the annexed Schedule at the ports specified in the corresponding entry in the first column thereof to receive complaints from seamen or apprentices regarding the unseaworthiness of ships.
