Conviction for taking Bribe for recognition of a Law College.
Bar Council of India (BCI) Current Associate Managing Trustee, Raju Dhanpal Raj , Former BCI Vice Chairman and Milan Kumar Dey, Ex-BCI-member, they have been sentenced to five years of imprisonment and fine for taking Rs 6 lakh bribe for approval of Global Law College in Ghaziabad.
Yashpal Singh, Former Assistant Professor, NREC College has been convicted and sentenced to five years in prison.
Anju Bajaj Chandna, Special CBI Judge handed down the sentence, in the case in which trial commenced on November 2015.
