JUDGMENT:
This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 378(4) of Cr.P.C by the appellant, aggrieved by the judgment dated 06.08.2014, passed in Crl.A.No.1017 of 2013, on the file of the learned Special Judge for Economic Offences-cum-VIII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge at Hyderabad, filed against the judgment passed in C.C.No.327 of 2013 (old C.C.No.360 of 2013) on the file of the learned XXIII Special Magistrate, Hyderabad.
2. Heard Mr. N.Satyanarayana Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant as well as the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State.
3. Mr. N.Satyanarayana Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the subject matter of the present criminal appeal was compromised at Lok-Adalat on 06.12.2023, therefore no further orders are required and hence seeks to dismiss the Criminal Appeal as infructuous.
4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State take no objection to the same. 2
5. Recording the submissions, this criminal appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal appeal, shall stand closed.
