O R D E R:
This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings against petitioner/accused in C.C.No.1894 of 2018 on the file of the learned First Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, at Nizamabad.
2. Heard Mr.N.Srushman Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.E.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1-State.
3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor by filing the copy of e- Courts proceedings submits that C.C.No.1894 of 2019 is settled before Lok Adalat vide judgment dated 20.09.2024 on the file of the learned Special Judicial First Class Magistrate For Mobile Judge and hence, no further orders are required in this Criminal Petition. Therefore, he seeks to dismiss this Criminal Petition as infructuous.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes to the said request.

5. Recording the submissions of both learned counsel and taking the copy of e-Court proceedings onto the file, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
