ORDER:
Sri Madanu Naresh, learned counsel appearing for Sri Pulimamidi Shashidhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that vide judgment dated 28.02.2025, the trial Court acquitted the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.116 of 2023.
2. In the light of the above, nothing remains in the present Criminal Petition to adjudicate further.
3. Therefore, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
