Heard Mr. Kishore Rai, learned counsel for the
appellant.
2. Appellant is aggrieved by common order dated
06.04.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in
W.P.No.6285 of 2021 filed by 1st respondent as the writ
petitioner.
3. Be it stated that the writ petition was disposed of along with C.C.No.626 of 2021 filed by the appellant/4th respondent.
4. After hearing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he would file a review petition before the learned Single Judge in respect of the additional grievance pertaining to the first item i.e., demolition of 1st floor and 2nd floor.

5. Be that as it may, without expressing any opinion on merit, we grant liberty to the appellant to file the review petition.
6. Writ Appeal is accordingly disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
7. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in the Writ Appeal, shall stand closed.
