Mohan, learned counsel is present for the respondent.
2. Appellants before us are Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infra Structure Corporation Limited and its Executive Engineer.
3. Respondent herein has filed the related writ petition being W.P.No.17317 of 2007 assailing the legality and validity of order dated 18.07.2007, passed by the appellants, whereby respondent was dismissed from service of the appellants. By interim order dated 13.08.2007, learned Single Judge stayed the dismissal order. For vacating the aforesaid stay order, appellants filed miscellaneous petition being WVMP.No.2589 of 2007. However, by order dated 31.12.2007, learned Single Judge dismissed the vacate stay petition and made the interim order passed on 13.08.2007 absolute.
4. This Court, by order dated 04.12.2008, while admitting the appeal, suspended the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge.

5. On a query by the Court, learned counsel for the appellants submits that W.P.No.17317 of 2007 is still pending before the learned Single Judge.
6. That being the position, we are not inclined to continue further with the present appeal.
7. We request learned Single Judge to hear and decide W.P.No.17317 of 2007 expeditiously, preferably within a period of thirty days after the case is notified for hearing.
8. Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand closed.
