JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
Learned counsel for the appellant is fair enough in making a
prayer before this Court for withdrawal of the writ appeal with a
liberty to raise the issue of sanction before the trial Court.
The writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid
liberty.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand
closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
