Nageswar Rao, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents No.2 to 5.
2. Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that following the order of the learned Single Judge dated 08.04.2022 passed in W.P.No.13204 of 2021, subsequent steps have been taken by the revenue authorities and therefore, the writ appeal has become infructuous.
3. In view of the above, writ appeal is disposed of as infructuous.
