HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 10/10/2022 Heard learned counsel for applicant. The judgment and order dated 12.07.2022 passed by this Court requires no interference, as the interest @15% was awarded from the date of award in view of the undertaking furnished by defendant. That undertaking, nowhere spell out to pay the interest @15% from the date of suit. Therefore, the application is devoid of merit and the same is dismissed.
