1. Petitioner has preferred the present criminal misc. petition seeking quashing of F.I.R. No.101/2022 registered at Police Station Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur City (West).
2. It is contended by counsel for the accused-petitioner that parties have amicably settled the dispute and compromise has arrived at between the parties which has been submitted as Annexure-2.
3. Complainant alongwith his counsel is present before the Court who has not disputed the fact of parties having entered into compromise. He has specifically stated before the Court that the dispute pertains to some plot and the dispute has resolved. Now he does not want to proceed with the F.I.R. 4. I have considered the contentions.
5. Taking note of the fact that the dispute pertains to some plot and parties have settled the dispute and complainant does not want to proceed further with the F.I.R., this Court deems it proper to allow the present criminal misc. petition.
6. Accordingly, present Criminal Misc. Petition is allowed and F.I.R. No.101/20121 registered with Police Station Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur Ciry (West) is quashed and set aside.
