This first appeal has been filed by appellant-AVVNL with delay of 42 days, for which a separate application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act has also been filed, assailing the judgment and award dated 28.05.2022 passed by the Court of Additional District Judge Court No.2, Neemkathana, Distt. Sikar (Raj.) in Civil Suit No.89/2022 whereby and whereunder the compensation of Rs.11,02,940/- has been passed in favour of claimants.
For reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The delay is condoned.

Issue notice to respondents.
In case, appellant deposits entire amount of compensation with interest within a period of eight weeks before the trial court, the execution proceedings of impugned award shall remain stayed. In case appellant fails to deposit the amount within the aforesaid period, respondents-claimants may proceed for execution. Out of (Downloaded on 07/11/2022 at 09:13:46 PM) (2 of 2) [CFA-663/2022] compensation so deposited by appellant, 50% amount of compensation may be disbursed to respondents through their saving bank account and remaining 50% amount of compensation shall remain deposit in FDR in a nationalised bank initially for a period of three years subject to renewal from time to time.
The trial court may first complete the exercise of deposition and disbursement of compensation as mentioned hereinabove and thereafter shall send the record to this Court.
