HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 13/07/2022 Appellant-plaintiff has preferred this first appeal against the judgment and decree dated 25.05.2022 passed by Additional District Judge No.3, Ajmer in Civil Suit No.223/2010 whereby civil suit for cancellation of sale deed, possession and permanent injunction has been dismissed on merits.
Counsel for appellant submits that subject plot was purchased by appellant through registered sale deed dated 22.03.1984, however, respondents-defendants' claim to purchase the said plot through sale deed on 30.01.2008. Appellant does not dispute that the subject plot is in actual and physical possession of the respondents-defendants.
Heard.
Appeal is admitted.
Issue notice to respondents.

In the meanwhile, both parties shall maintain status quo as to alienation and possession of the property in question as it exists today.
