HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE INDERJEET SINGH Order 13/07/2022 Application for early listing is allowed. Learned counsels for the respective parties submits that the controversy involved herein as to entitlement of the petitioners to get pay scale 975-1720 (3200-4900), 1200-2050 (4000-6000) & 1640-2900 (5500-9000), is no more res integra and stands resolved by a Division Bench judgment of this Court dated 17.12.2015 passed in D.B. Civil Special Appeal (Writ) No.1068/2014: Govind Dan Charan Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. and other connected matters which has been upheld by (Downloaded on 19/07/2022 at 09:34:01 PM) (2 of 2) [CW-3414/2022] the Hon'ble Apex Court of India and pray that the instant writ petition may also be disposed of in similar terms.

Taking into consideration the contentions advanced by the learned counsels for the respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of directions issued by a Division Bench of this Court in case of Govind Dan Charan (supra) which shall apply mutatis mutandis to this case also.
