JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 01/07/2022 Appellant-defendant No.2 has preferred this first appeal assailing the judgment and decree dated 15.03.2022 whereby and whereunder the plaintiff's suit has been decreed, the sale deed of appellant-defendant No.2 has been cancelled and plaintiff has been held entitled to get possession from appellant-defendant No.2 Heard.

In the meanwhile, and till further orders, the execution of the impugned judgment and decree dated 15.03.2022, to the extent of cancellation of the sale deed of appellant, shall remain stayed with further direction that both parties shall maintain status quo in relation to the suit property, as it exists today.
