Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that controversy involved herein is no more res integra and stands resolved by a judgment of this Court dated 17.01.2022 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition 13209/2020, Archana Bugaliya & Ors. VS. RSSB & Ors. as the petitioner has obtained two years Teacher (Downloaded on 02/02/2022 at 09:40:46 PM) (2 of 2) [CW-14536/2020] Training course from an institution not recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and prays that this writ petition may also be decided in terms thereof.

In view thereof, this writ petition is also dismissed in view of dismissal of the writ petition in case of Archana Bugaliya & Ors. (supra).
