1. This petition for emergent parole has been filed by the petitioner on the ground that marriage of his sister is going to be solemnized on 18.02.2022.
2. We have heard counsel for the petitioner.
3. As per Rule 11 (1) (IV) of the Rajasthan Prisoners Release on Parole Rules, 2021, petitioner is not entitled to get the emergent parole on the ground of marriage of his sister because his parents are alive.
