HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 01/02/2022 This appeal has been filed by claimant for enhancement of compensation. During pendency of appeal, claimant and Insurance Company have entered into compromise and agreed to dispose of this appeal and to modify the impugned award dated 15.11.2017 passed by Family Judge and Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Bundi in Claim Case No.261/2017 on the following terms:-

"(a) In addition to the compensation assessed by the Tribunal vide impugned judgment dated 15.11.2017 in claim petition No.261/2017, additionally a lumpsum amount of Rs.1,00,000/- would be payable to the claimants and the enhanced amount would be (Downloaded on 02/02/2022 at 09:34:49 PM) (2 of 2) [CMA-990/2018] deposited by the Insurance Company within a period of six weeks, failing which, the same shall carry interest @ 6% per annum from today till the date of actual payment.
(b) The impugned judgment and award dated 15.11.2017 be treated as modified as to the extent of enhancement of additional lumpsum amount of Rs.1,00,000/-, the remaining terms of judgment and award shall remain intact."
With aforesaid terms and conditions, the appeal stands disposed of and the impugned award dated 15.11.2017 is modified accordingly.
All pending application (s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of.
