Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. and other connected matters (D.B. Special Appeal Writ No. 908/2017) decided on 08.01.2020.
In that view of the matter, the present writ petition stands dismissed, in view of the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the matter of Namo Narayan Sharma (supra).
