JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 22/04/2022 This Court vide order dated 11.02.2022 stayed the execution of the judgment and award dated 29.10.2021 passed by Additional District Judge, Khetri, District-Jhunjhunu in Civil Suit No.12/2018 subject to deposition of the entire compensation amount within one month.

Learned counsel for appellants submits that she has moved an application seeking extension of time.

For reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Further three weeks time from today is extended to deposit the compensation amount. On deposition, the disbursement would be made in terms of the order dated 11.02.2022.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. Since, this first appeal is to be heard finally on facts and law. The appeal is admitted for hearing.

Respondents-claimants have put in appearance, hence, no need to issue fresh notices for hearing. (Downloaded on 25/04/2022 at 10:11:17 PM)
