HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PANKAJ BHANDARI HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANOOP KUMAR DHAND Judgment / Order 22/04/2022
1. Counsel for the petitioner had earlier preferred D.B. Habeas Corpus Petition No.83/2022 in which direction was given to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/-.
2. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that at that time petitioner was not having sufficient fund to comply with the order, therefore he withdrew his petition.
3. It is also contended by counsel for the petitioner that the corpus executed an agreement to marriage with the petitioner. Thereafter, she has been taken away by non-petitioner No.4.
4. This Court is alive of the fact that corpus is a major and there is possibility that she has gone on her own free will, hence, we deem it proper to direct the petitioner to deposit a demand draft of Rs.25,000/- drawn in favour of Registrar (General) Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench, Jaipur with the Registrar (Judicial).
