JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 12/04/2022 Appellant-plaintiff has filed this first appeal assailing the judgment and decree dated 20.01.2022 passed by Additional District Judge Dantaramgarh District Sikar in Civil Suit No.04/2019 whereby his civil suit for cancellation of sale deed, declaration and permanent injunction has been dismissed on merits.
