Civil Writ Petition No.13444/2016 in case of Lal Chand Meena Vs. Board of Secondary Education & Ors. They pray that this writ petition may also be disposed of in similar terms.
Taking into consideration the contentions advanced by learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 24.02.2022 in case of Lal Chand Meena (supra) which shall apply mutatis mutandis to this case also.
