JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 07/04/2022 Appellants-defendants have filed this first appeal assailing the judgment and decree dated 22.02.2022 passed by Additional District Judge No.2, Jaipur District Jaipur in Civil Suit No.100/2017 titled Jasveer Singh & Anr. vs. Bhagirath Singh.
Learned counsel for respondents-plaintiffs submits that they have also filed civil first appeal No.144/2022 against the same judgment being aggrieved by dismissal of their civil suit for possession which has already been admitted by this Court and pending for hearing before this Court.

Since respondents-plaintiffs already appeared, no need to issue notices to them.
Heard on stay application.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the present case and nature of impugned judgment and decree dated (Downloaded on 12/04/2022 at 09:01:26 PM) (2 of 2) [CFA-169/2022] 22.02.2022, both parties are directed to maintain status quo with regard to the suit property in question as it exists today.
Stay application stand disposed of. Let this appeal be tagged with S.B. Civil First Appeal No.144/2022 to be heard together.
