JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 07/04/2022 The Insurance Company and claimants have filed these appeals against judgment and award dated 27.01.2020 passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal No.2, Kota in Claim Case No.435/2017.
In the appeal filed by Insurance Company, this Court has already directed to deposit the entire amount of compensation and out of entire amount, 50% amount has already been ordered to be released and 50% amount has been kept in FDRs.

(2 of 2) [CMA-1696/2020] In appeal No.659/2022, the service of respondent No.2-Smt. Parmila is dispensed with which has already been dispensed with in the appeal No.1696/2020. All other respondents have put in appearance and have exchanged the copy of memo of appeal, hence service stands complete.
In view of order dated 04.09.2020 passed on stay application, the stay application stand disposed of.
However, it is open for claimants to move application for disbursement of remaining 50% amount of compensation, during pendency of appeal in change circumstance.
