HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 01/04/2022 The appellant-plaintiff, by way of this appeal, assailing the judgment and decree dated 12.11.2021 passed by Additional District Judge, Jhalawar, District Jhalawar in Civil Suit No. 10/2015 whereby and whereunder the civil suit for seeking declaration of the respondent-trust as null and void and has been dismissed.
Considering the issue involved in the present appeal, the same requires consideration.
