1. It is asserted in the petition that pursuant to letter of intent dated 4.9.2021, the petitioner had furnished a list of 16 faculties for approval of the respondent-University, out of which, the University has approved 11 faculties, while 5 faculties have not been approved by the University as according to it, they have been approved for some other institutes (as has been indicated in letter dated 21.09.2021).

It is the case of the petitioner that immediately on receipt of the communication dated 21.9.2021, the petitioner has furnished requisite fees of Rs.40,000/- alongwith list of 5 other faculties for approval of the University so that the activities of the petitioner-institute can run smoothly. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though the petitioner has forwarded the list of 5 faculties vide its letter dated 22.9.2021, the respondent-University has orally showed its inability to constitute a committee for approval of the faculties.
4. While highlighting that the petitioner-institute is running out of time, as the approval is required by 4.11.2021, learned counsel submits that the appropriate direction be issued to the respondent-University in the present factual backdrop.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusal of the material available on record, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the respondent-Univesity to constitute a Committee for approval of the list of faculties given by the petitioner vide communication dated 22.9.2021 as early as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of placing a fresh representation and a copy of communication dated 22.9.2021 alongwith a certified copy of the order instant.
6. It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the petitioner's representation has been issued only with a view to ensure expeditious redressal of petitioner's grievance. The same may not be construed to be an order to decide the representation in a particular manner.
7. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
