----Respondents For Appellant(s) : Mr. Sunil Beniwal, AAG HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIJAY BISHNOI HON'BLE JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Judgment 29/10/2021 The defects pointed out by the Registry are to be ignored.
Learned AAG while assailing the validity of the judgment dated 30.08.2018 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court has submitted that the learned Single Judge has not taken into consideration the fact that the objections preferred on behalf of the petitioners raising grievance regarding the answer key have already been considered and decided by the Expert Committee.
Learned AAG has further submitted that once the objections filed by the aggrieved persons have already been considered and (Downloaded on 29/10/2021 at 09:29:05 PM) (5 of 5) [SAW-349/2019] decided by the Expert Committee, learned Single Judge has erred in directing the respondents to constitute a new Expert Committee for the purpose of deciding the objections which have already been considered and decided.
Having heard learned AAG and after perusing the impugned judgment dated 30.08.2018, we find that no such arguments have been raised on behalf of the State before the learned Single Judge, therefore, we are not inclined to interfere in the judgment impugned passed by the learned Single Judge.
In view of the above, these special appeal writs are dismissed. However, the State is free to file review petitions with the prayer for reviewing the impugned judgment, if so advised.
