Ltd. Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation, reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the material available on record, prima facie, it appears that it is a case where stay is required to be continued to secure the ends of justice. Hence, the aforesaid application is allowed. The interim order dated 8.3.2019 granted by this Court is extended till further orders.
