1. Petitioners have preferred these misc petitions seeking quashing of FIR No.118/2021 & 117/2021 registered at Police Station Mahaveerji, District Karauli.

2. It is contended by counsels for the petitioners that in Criminal Misc. Petition Nos. 5782/2021 & 5801/2021 parties are related to each other. The dispute took place on the spur of the moment. None of the injured have sustained any injuries which is dangerous to life. Injured persons are present in court and the parties do not wish to continue the proceedings against each other. There is cross FIR and parties have amicably settled their dispute in both the FIR.

3. Counsel for the complainant in Criminal Misc. Petition Nos. 5782/2021 & 5801/2021 have not disputed the facts that they have amicably settled their disputes and do not wish to proceed further in the FIRs.

4. I have considered the contentions.

5. In view of the fact that parties are related to each other and have amicably settled their dispute in both the FIRs and they do not wish to proceed further in the FIRs, I deem it proper to allow these misc. petitions.

6. Hence, these misc. petitions are allowed. FIR No.118/2021 & 117/2021 registered at Police Station Mahaveerji, District Karauli are quashed.

7. Stay applications stand disposed.

8. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned S.H.O.

9. A copy of this order be placed in connected file.
