1. Petitioner has preferred this Misc. Petition for quashing the FIR No. 919/2018 registered at Police Station Sanganer, District Jaipur.
2. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner one of the injured has entered into a compromise with the petitioner.
3. Investigating Officer is present in Court.
4. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted report that the police has come to the conclusion that offence is made out. Four persons have sustained injuries in this case.

6. FIR discloses the commission of the cognizable offence. Police has come to the conclusion that offence is made out and would be submitting the charge-sheet within a week, hence, I am not inclined to entertain this Criminal Misc. Petition.
7. This Criminal Misc. Petition is accordingly, dismissed. Stay application stands disposed.
