HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. AKIL KURESHI HON'BLE KUMARI JUSTICE REKHA BORANA Order 08/11/2021 Learned counsel for the University stated that the respondent original petitioner has already taken the examination by virtue of judgment of the learned Single Judge and the result is declared and he has passed. However, the principle laid down by the learned Single Judge requires re-consideration and large number of other students though strictly speaking not similarly situated, have been granted benefit of extension of time in declaring the result of examination, which is contrary to the statute framed by the University.

Issue notice, returnable on 26/11/2021 to be heard along with D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.782/2021 and connected appeals.
