HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE INDERJEET SINGH Order 08/11/2021 Counsel for the petitioner submitted that without deciding the objections submitted by the petitioner with regard to reassessment, the assessing authority has again passed the reassessment order on 29.09.2021 (Annexure-15).
In support of his contentions, counsel for the petitioner relied upon the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this court passed in D.B. Income Tax Appeal No.292/2016 in the matter of M/s K.C. Mercantile Versus Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax Circle, Circle-2, Jaipur decided on 07.11.2017.
In that view of the matter, issue notice to the respondents returnable on 09.12.2021.
Meanwhile, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
