Learned counsel for the Government stated that the impugned judgment of the learned Single Judge was rendered in a group of petitions, the lead petition being that of State of Rajasthan and others Vs. Revant Ram Meghwal and others. The State of Rajasthan had preferred appeal in the said case and the appeal was allowed by judgment dated 31.07.2019. SLP against the judgment has also been dismissed.
