JUSTICE ANOOP KUMAR DHAND Judgment / Order 10/11/2021 Learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted that the petitioners had appeared for the selection of Stenographers and their names were figured in the select list, however the High Court Administration has cancelled the result and declared fresh results wherein the (Downloaded on 11/11/2021 at 08:35:17 PM) (3 of 3) petitioners were declared unsuccessful. It is further submitted that the action of the High Court Administration of cancelling the earlier results without giving any opportunity of hearing to the petitioners is absolutely illegal. It is argued that the new formula adopted by the High Court Administration for declaring the result of the examination is also faulty.
Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application as well, returnable on 13.12.2021.
It is clarified that there is no stay against further selection process, however such further selections shall be subject to outcome of these writ petitions.
